- Minimum duration of 12 months or more if required
- Description of the project and activity Duration,
- Workload ( How many hours per week) and where to perform the task
- Termination deadlines, what applies in case of contract extension
- Hourly / daily / monthly rate and information on taxes / VAT.
- Expenses covered by the customer (es. transport, hotel, telephone)
